A review by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Purchaser Safety analyzed 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', five within the UAE and 3 from Turkey. It identified that every one 8 samples ended up regarded "defective". Five from the items sampled contained fats other than cocoa butter, which is not permitted in merchandise labelled "chocolate"
